As\nused herein, \"approved uniforms\" means those uniforms the design and color of\nwhich are officially approved by the Kentucky Sheriffs' Association.\n(2) The expense of uniforms used by sheriffs, their deputies, and certified court security\nofficers i n accordance with this section may be paid by the fiscal court from the\ncounty general fund.
