{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-70.170","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 70.170","heading":"Salary for services under KRS 70.150.","body":"(1) Each sheriff performing the duties required under the provisions of KRS 70.150\nshall be allowed the amount of thirty -six hundred dollars ($3,600) annually payable\nout of the State Treasury at the rate of three hundred dollars ($300) per month for\nsuch services. The first such monthly payment shall be for the month of July, 1966,\nand the check therefor shall be forwarded to the sheriff concerned on or about the\nlast working day of that month and each month thereafter.\n(2) The allowance authorized in subsecti on (1) of this section shall be considered as\noperating expenses of the sheriff's office and shall not be considered as part of his\ncompensation.
