{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-73.230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 73.230","heading":"Notice of processioning land and taking depositions.","body":"Any person desiring to have his land processioned, or desiring to take depositions as\nallowed by KRS 73.220, may give ten (10) days' notice to any person interested, or his\nagent or attorney, or, if an infant, or person adjudged mentally disabled, to his guardian or\nconservator, of the time and place when and where the processioners will convene. If the\nparty interested does not reside in the state, and has no known agent therein, notice shall\nbe published pursuant to KRS Chapter 424 and shall also be poste d for the same period\nthat publication is required on the courthouse door. The printer of the paper in which the\nnotice is published shall make an affidavit of the fact of publication, which, with the\nnotice, shall be filed with the processioners before th ey act, and returned with their\nproceedings.
