The procedures shall include a requirement for approval of disburs ements\nby a commissioner in addition to the treasurer. The treasurer shall cause to be maintained\na proper record of the receipts and disbursements of the water district in accordance with\nthe Uniform System of Accounts for utilities. In addition to the co mpensation for\ncommissioners as set out in KRS 74.020, as compensation for his or her services the\ntreasurer shall receive an amount fixed by the commission, not to exceed two hundred\ndollars ($200) per year.
