{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-74.115","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 74.115","heading":"Extension of district into adjoining county.","body":"(1) Upon written request of two (2) or more freeholders in a county or counties adjacent\nto a county containing a water district, the board of commissioners of the district\nmay petition the county judge/executive of the adjoining county or counties for\naddition of proposed territory.
