{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-74.240","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 74.240","heading":"Record of expenses to be kept -- Apportionment of expenses -- Financial","body":"report to consumers -- Books to be open for inspection.\n(1) The commission shall keep an account of the time spent by all employees, and each\nitem of expense incurred in connection  with any water district, and shall charge\nsuch account to the district for which the expense was incurred. Where the time or\nwork is upon more than one (1) district at the same time, it shall be apportioned\nbetween the districts. In the event any compensa tion fixed by the commission for\nany employee is on a salary basis, such salary shall be equitably apportioned\nbetween the districts by the commission.\n(2) The commission shall be required to prepare and make available, to the consumers\nof the water suppli ed by any water district, an annual statement of receipts and\ndisbursements; and any floating or bonded indebtedness.
