{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-76.315","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 76.315","heading":"Sewer construction district commissioners -- Appointment, terms, removal -","body":"- Officers.\n(1) If the county judge/executive orders such district established, the county\njudge/executive shall, with the approval of the fiscal court, appoint three (3)\ncommissioners, from among the residents of the sewer construction district. One (1)\nof the commissioners shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years, one (1) for a\nterm of three (3) years and one (1) for a term of four (4) years from the date of first\nappointment. Upon expiration of the term of office of each of these commissioners,\nthe county judge/executive shall, with the approval of the fiscal court, appoint a\ncommissioner to succeed him, to serve for a term of four (4) years.
