{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-76.340","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 76.340","heading":"Classification and report of land affected or benefited by sewer construction","body":"and operation.\nIf a plan for construction of sewers and/or drains is approved by the county\njudge/executive, the commissioners shall then examine the real estate in the sewer\nconstruction district that may be affected or benefited by construction and operation of\nsuch sewers or drains included in such approved plans, and shall classify the land into\nsuch number of classes as the commission deems advisable, and shall report its\nclassification and the ratio of benefits for each class, from such sewers or drains to be\nconstructed.
