When applied to metropolitan\nsewer districts, terms used in KRS 107.010 to 107.220 shall be construed to mean the\nfollowing: \"city\" or \"municipality\" means \"metropolitan sewer distric t\" (except that in\nKRS 107.090(1)(d), 107.130, 107.140(2)(a) and (c), and 107.150 referring to city taxes\nthe term \"city\" shall continue to mean \"city\"); \"ordinance\" means \"resolution\"; \"clerk\"\nmeans \"secretary of the metropolitan sewer district\"; and \"mayor or chairman of the board\nof directors\" means \"chairman of board of the metropolitan sewer district.\"","path":["KRS Chapter 76"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=24596","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:37Z","sha256":"2f3328ccdcae397bdf78c3dedb00a226037772f2dbe179c1d44dee61a21045a2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-76.600","next":"us-ky/krs-76.620"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
