{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-77.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 77.060","heading":"General powers of district.","body":"(1) The district shall have power to sue and be sued, contract and be contracted with,\nmake rules and regulations and do all other things necessary to carry out the\nprovisions of this chapter.\n(2) The district shall have the power to take by grant, purchase, gift, devise, or lease,\nhold, use, enjoy, and to lease or dispose of real or personal property of every kind\nwithin or without the district necessary to the full exercise of its powers.
