{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-77.125","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 77.125","heading":"Appropriations by city and county.","body":"In order to provide money for carrying out the purposes of this chapter, the fiscal court of\na county within which the air pollution control district has been activated and the\nlegislative body of a city qualified to appoint members of the board pursuant t o KRS\n77.070 within such county, if there be any such city, may annually appropriate funds to\nsuch district.
