{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-77.230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 77.230","heading":"Powers of hearing board after public hearing.","body":"After a public hearing, the hearing board may:\n(1) Continue the suspension of a permit suspended by the air pollution control officer;\nor\n(2) Remove the suspension of an existing permit invoked by the air pollution control\nofficer pending the furnishing by the permittee of the information, analyses, plans,\nand specifications required; or\n(3) Find that no violation exists and reinstate an existing permit; or\n(4) Revoke an existing permit, if it finds:\n(a) The permittee has failed to correct any conditions required by the air pollution\ncontrol officer; or\n(b) A refusal of a permit would be justified; or\n(c) Fraud or deceit was employed in the obtaining of the permit; or\n(d) Any violation of this chapter or of any rule or regulation of the air pollution\ncontrol board.","path":["KRS Chapter 77"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=24647","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:37Z","sha256":"d0f9bb8ade002831fd213d161ddb0af3d9c585fc5169003c648296a4ab4f1e47","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-77.225","next":"us-ky/krs-77.235"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
