{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-77.235","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 77.235","heading":"Violations.","body":"It shall be considered a violation of this chapter for any person to:\n(1) Knowingly make any false statement in any application for a permit or in any\ninformation, analyses, plans, or specifications submitted either in conjunction\ntherewith, or at the request of the air pollution control officer; or\n(2) Build, erect, alter, replace, use, or operate any source capable of emitting air\ncontaminants for which a permit is required by the regulations of the air pollution\ncontrol district when his permit so to do has been either suspended or revoked; or\n(3) Build, erect, alter, replace, use, or operate any source capable of emitting air\ncontaminants without first obtaining a permit so to do, where such permit is\nrequired by the regulations of the air pollution control board; or\n(4) Build, erect, alter, or replace, operate or use any such article, machine, equipment,\nor other contrivance contrary to the provisions of any permits issued under\nregulations adopted pursuant to KRS 77.180 to 77.240; or\n(5) Violate any order, rule, or regulation of an air pollution control district.
