{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-77.265","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 77.265","heading":"Hearing on revocation or modification of variance -- Notice.","body":"(1) The hearing board may revoke or modify by written order, after a public hearing\nheld upon not less than ten (10) days' notice, any order permitting a variance.\n(2) The hearing board shall serve, by personal service or by certified mail, return receipt\nrequested, notice of the time and place of a hearing to revoke or modify any order\npermitting a variance not less than ten (10) days prior to such hearing upon the air\npollution control officer, upon all persons who will be subjected to greater\nrestrictions i f such order is revoked or modified as proposed and upon all other\npersons interested or likely to be affected who have filed with the hearing board or\nair pollution control officer a written request for such notification.\n(3) If either the identity or address of any person entitled to such notice is unknown, the\nhearing board shall serve such person by publication of notice once in a newspaper\nof general circulation published within the district if such newspaper is published\ntherein, otherwise by posting at a public place at the county seat within the district.","path":["KRS Chapter 77"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=24654","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:37Z","sha256":"373d2fe59f1ba96d6b0f441c7bef77dadf25b8b57043c76c00805ff1cd9626fa","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-77.260","next":"us-ky/krs-77.270"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
