{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-7a.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 7A.210","heading":"Definitions for KRS 7A.200 to 7A.260.","body":"As used in KRS 7A.200 to 7A.260, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Board\" means the Public Pension Oversight Board;\n(2) \"State-administered retirement systems\" means:\n(a) The State Police Retirement System as provided by KRS 16.505 to 16.652;\n(b) The Kentucky Employees Retirement System as provided by KRS 61.510 to\n61.705;\n(c) The County Employees Retirement System as provided by KRS 78.510 to\n78.852;\n(d) The Legislators' Retirement Plan as provided by KRS 6.500 to 6.577;\n(e) The Judicial Retirement Plan as provided by KRS 21.345 to 21.580; and\n(f) The Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System as provided by KRS 161.220 to\n161.716; and\n(3) \"State agency\" means any department, commission, council, board, bureau,\ncommittee, institution, legislative body, agency, government corporation, or other\nentity of the executive, judicial, or legislative branch of the state government.","path":["KRS Chapter 7A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=44269","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:27Z","sha256":"303b258dc9c8ab139c734f37773359175741701793eea844fedbcaf21a489c8e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-7a.200","next":"us-ky/krs-7a.220"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
