{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-7a.230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 7A.230","heading":"Co-chairs of board -- Meetings -- Reimbursement of members -- Employees","body":"and operating costs.\n(1) The co -chairs of the Public Pension Oversight Board shall have joint\nresponsibilities for board meeting agendas and presiding at board meetings.\n(2) On an alternating basis, each co -chair shall have the first option to set the monthly\nmeeting date. A monthly meeting may be canceled by agreement of both co -chairs.\nThe board shall meet at least twice during each calendar year.\n(3) Members of the board shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in\nthe performance of their duties.\n(4) A majority of the entire membership of the Public Pension Oversight Board shall\nconstitute a quorum, and all actions of the board shall be by vote of a majority of i ts\nentire membership.\n(5) The Legislative Research Commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the\nemployment of personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of KRS 7A.200 to\n7A.260.
