{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-7a.287","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 7A.287","heading":"Healthcare transparency dashboard.","body":"(1) In order to facilitate the board's ongoing efforts to continuously improve health\noutcomes in a cost-efficient and effective manner, the Commission shall collaborate\nwith the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville to design and\ndevelop a web-based healthcare transparency dashboard that tracks, at a minimum:\n(a) Leading health indicators;\n(b) Performance indicators for Medicaid managed care organizations;\n(c) Performance indicators for Medicaid-participating providers; and\n(d) Performance indicators for the department.\n(2) Performance indicators for Medicaid managed care organizations shall include but\nnot be limited to:\n(a) Follow-up after emergency department visits;\n(b) Cancer screenings;\n(c) Child and adolescent well-care visits;\n(d) Postpartum care;\n(e) Diabetes care and management; and\n(f) Hypertension care and management.\n(3) The healthcare transparency dashboard shall be:\n(a) Overseen by a subcommittee of the board established in accordance KRS\n7A.283(4); and\n(b) Maintained and operated by the Commission.","path":["KRS Chapter 7A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57037","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:27Z","sha256":"e2168f48ba87e8c1431a870aaed35d985e76e3ae39857e6dbc6877fec9c1600e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-7a.286","next":"us-ky/krs-7a.289"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
