{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.160","heading":"Removal of obstructions to low-income housing.","body":"All persons having buildings, structures, works, conduits, mains, pipes, tracks, or other\nphysical obstructions in, under, over, or upon the public ways, that interfere with or\nimpede the progress of low -income housing when in process of construction and\nestablishment, shall, upon reasonable notice from the authority, promptly shift or remove\nthe obstruction, to the extent necessary, at their own cost and expense, except as\notherwise provided or required by law.
