{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.340","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.340","heading":"Increasing area of operation of regional authority.","body":"The area of operation of a regional housing authority shall be increased from time to time\nto include one (1) or more additional contiguous counties not already within a regional\nhousing authority if the governing body of each of the counties then included  in the area\nof operation of the regional housing authority, the members of the regional housing\nauthority and the governing body of each such additional county or counties each adopt a\nresolution declaring that there is a need for the inclusion of such ad ditional county or\ncounties in the area of operation of the regional housing authority.
