{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.350","heading":"Decreasing area of operation of regional authority.","body":"The area of operation of a regional housing authority shall be decreased from time to time\nto exclude one or more counties from such area if the governing body of each of the\ncounties in such area and the members of the regional housing authority each adop t a\nresolution declaring that there is a need for excluding such county or counties from such\narea. No action shall be taken pursuant to this section if the regional housing authority has\noutstanding any bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness, unl ess first, all holders\nof such evidences of indebtedness consent in writing to such action. If such action\ndecreases the area of operation of the regional housing authority to only one (1) county,\nthe authority shall thereupon constitute and become a housing authority for that county, in\nthe same manner as though the authority were created pursuant to KRS 80.320, and the\nmembers of such county housing authority shall be thereupon appointed as provided for\nthe appointment of members of a housing authority created for a county.","path":["KRS Chapter 80"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=24850","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:40Z","sha256":"62482f10ab13f5a940dcef0adc101ce2f48636596a37f9eee22dab5d486e3890","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-80.340","next":"us-ky/krs-80.360"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
