{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.360","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.360","heading":"Facts justifying exclusion of counties from area of regional authority.","body":"The governing body of each of the counties in the area of operation of the regional\nhousing authority and the members of the regional housing authority shall adopt a\nresolution declaring that there is a need for excluding a county or counties from such are a\nif:\n(1) Each of the governing bodies of the counties to remain in the area of operation of\nthe regional housing authority and the members of the regional housing authority\nfind that (because of facts arising or determined subsequent to the time when suc h\narea first included the county or counties to be excluded) the regional housing\nauthority would be a more efficient or economical administrative unit to carry out\nthe purposes of KRS 80.320 to 80.610 if such county or counties were excluded\nfrom such area; and\n(2) The governing body of each such county or counties to be excluded and the\nmembers of the regional housing authority each also find that (because of the\naforesaid changed facts) the purposes of KRS 80.320 to 80.610 could be carried out\nmore efficiently or economically in such county or counties if the area of operation\nof the regional housing authority did not include such county or counties.","path":["KRS Chapter 80"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=24851","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:40Z","sha256":"9f9bbc124de05988cd2289fa79b47363e4c06dd4bac00f9ef12b694b9e75e376","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-80.350","next":"us-ky/krs-80.370"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
