{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.410","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.410","heading":"Resolution creating authority -- Form -- Effect -- Use in evidence.","body":"In any suit, action or proceeding involving the validity or enforcement of or relating to\nany contract of an authority, the authority shall be conclusively deemed to have become\ncreated as a public body corporate and politic upon proof of the adoption of the resolution\nor resolutions of the governing body or bodies declaring the need for the authority as\nrequired in KRS 80.320 to 80.610. Such resolution or resolutions shall be deemed\nsufficient if it declares that there is such need for the authority and fi nds in substantially\nthe foregoing terms (no further detail being necessary) that the conditions enumerated in\nKRS 80.380 exist in the city or county, as the case may be.
