{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.510","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.510","heading":"Power to provide housing for farmers of low income.","body":"County housing authorities, city -county housing authorities, and regional housing\nauthorities are specifically empowered and authorized to borrow money, accept grants\nand exercise their powers to provide housing for farmers of low income. In connection\nwith such projects, any such housing authority may enter into such leases or purchase\nagreements, accept such conveyances and rent or sell dwellings forming part of such\nprojects to or for farmers of low income, as such housing authority deems necessary in\norder to assure the achievement of the objectives of KRS 80.320 to 80.610. Such leases,\nagreements or conveyances may include such covenants as the housing authority deems\nappropriate regarding such dwellings and the tracts of land described in any such\ninstrument, which covenants shall be deemed to run with the land where the housing\nauthority deems it necessary and the parties to such instrument so stipulate.
