{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.590","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.590","heading":"Cooperation between authorities.","body":"Any two or more authorities (including any housing authority created under KRS 80.010\nto 80.250) may join or cooperate with one another in the exercise, either jointly or\notherwise, of any or all of their powers for the purpose of financing (including the\nissuance of bonds, notes or other obligations and giving security therefor), planning,\nundertaking, owning, constructing, operating or contracting with respect to housing\nlocated within the area of operation of any one or more of said authorities. For such\npurpose an authority may by resolution prescribe and authorize any other housing\nauthority or authorities, so joining or cooperating with it, to act on its behalf with respect\nto any or all of such powers.
