{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-80.600","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 80.600","heading":"Acceptance of federal aid.","body":"In addition to the powers conferred upon an authority by other provisions of KRS 80.320\nto 80.610, an authority is empowered to borrow money or accept contributions, grants or\nother financial assistance from the federal government for or in aid of any hous ing, to\ntake over or lease or manage any housing project or undertaking constructed or owned by\nthe federal government, and to these ends, to comply with such conditions and enter into\nsuch mortgages, trust indentures, leases or agreements as may be necessary, convenient or\ndesirable.
