The metes and bounds of the Fairdale area\nare as follows: Beginning at a point approximately 1,000 feet west of Smith Road\non the Jeffer son - Bullitt County line; running thence northwardly along a line\nbehind improvements facing Smith Road, Top Hill Road, and Jefferson Hill Road\n12,000 feet more or less to Lonesome Hollow Road; thence northwestwardly with\nLonesome Hollow road 6,000 feet m ore or less to Blevins Gap Road; thence\nnortheastwardly along Blevins Gap Road 2,000 feet more or less to Greyling Drive;\nthence northeastwardly along Greyling Drive 5,500 feet more or less to Manslick\nRoad; thence northwardly along Manslick Road 2,000 fee t more or less to the\nsoutheast right -of-way line of the Louisville, Henderson \u0026 Saint Louis Railroad;\nthence northeastwardly along said railroad 16,250 feet more or less to the west\nright-of-way line of the Louisville \u0026 Nashville Railroad; thence southwar dly along\nthe west right-of-way line of the Louisville \u0026 Nashville Railroad 4,000 feet more or\nless to the Outer Loop; thence eastwardly along the Outer Loop 10,250 feet more or\nless to Interstate 65; thence southwardly along Interstate 65 18,500 feet more or less\nto the Bullitt - Jefferson County line; thence westwardly with said county line\n28,000 feet more or less to the beginning.\n(2) The Parkers Lake area of McCreary County is an \"unincorporated urban place\"\nwithin the meaning of KRS 177.366 and 177.36 9. The metes and bounds of the\nParkers Lake area are as follows: Beginning point at U.S. 27; thence running\nwestwardly to the South Fork River, of Cumberland; thence southeastwardly along\nthe South Fork River, of Cumberland, to the end of Black Ridge Road;  thence\nnortheastwardly crossing U.S. 27, to Hwy. 90 and Vanover Ridge Road; thence\nnorthwestwardly to the beginning.\n(3) The Whitley City area of McCreary County is an \"unincorporated urban place\"\nwithin the meaning of KRS 177.366 and 177.369. The metes a nd bounds of the\nWhitley City area are as follows: Beginning at U.S. 27 at the U.S. Forest Service\nRanger Station; thence west on Hwy 1651 to the South Fork River, of Cumberland,\nAlum Ford; thence south on the South Fork River, of Cumberland to Lick Creek;\nthence southeastwardly on Lick Creek Road crossing Hwy 1651; thence\nsoutheastwardly to Laurel Creek Bridge; thence westwardly on Hwy 478; thence\nsouthwestwardly to Jenny's Branch; thence southwestwardly to Hatfield Subdivision\nRoad; thence westwardly on H atfield Subdivision Road; thence northwestwardly to\nthe beginning.\n(4) The Smithtown area of McCreary County is an \"unincorporated urban place\" within\nthe meaning of KRS 177.366 and 177.369. The metes and bounds of the Smithtown\narea are as follows: Beginn ing at the intersection of Hwys 92 and 1363; thence\nsoutheastwardly on the South Fork River, of Cumberland; thence east to Lick Creek\nFalls Road; thence southeastwardly to Hwy 701; thence westwardly to 92; thence\nwestwardly on 92; thence southwestwardly to  Barthell; thence north parallel of a\ncreek to Yamacraw, to the beginning point.\n(5) The Stearns area of McCreary County is an \"unincorporated urban place\" within the\nmeaning of KRS 177.366 and 177.369. The metes and bounds of the Stearns area\nare as follo ws: Beginning at U.S. 27; thence eastwardly to Laurel Bridge; thence\nsouthwestwardly on Laurel Creek to McCreary County Reservoir; thence\nnorthwestwardly on East Apple Tree to Hwy 92; thence westwardly on Hwy 92 to\nHwy 701, to the beginning point.\n(6) The Pine Knot area of McCreary County is an \"unincorporated urban place\" within\nthe meaning of KRS 177.366 and 177.369.
