{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-82.600","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 82.600","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in KRS 82.605 to 82.640 unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) \"Local government\" means a city of any class, a consolidated local government, or\nan urban-county government;\n(2) \"Hearing board\" means a body established by ordinance and empowered  to conduct\nhearings pursuant to KRS 82.605 to 82.640; and shall be composed of one (1) or\nmore persons appointed in the manner provided by ordinance; and also means any\nhearing officer or officers appointed by the board.
