{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95.445","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95.445","heading":"Auxiliary police in city of home rule class or urban -county government --","body":"Exception.\n(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, the legislative body of a city of\nthe home rule class, or urban -county government, may by ordinance provide for the\nestablishment or abolishment of an auxiliary police force to perform special duties\nwithin the city on terms it deems proper.
