{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95.540","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95.540","heading":"Rules, applications -- Records -- Reports.","body":"(1) The board of trustees of the pension fund established under KRS 95.520 may make\nall necessary rules for its government in the discharge of its duties, and shall hear\nand decide all applications for benefits or pensions. Its decision on these\napplications shall be conclusive, and not subject to revision or reversal, except by\nthe board.
