{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95.784","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95.784","heading":"Conditions of pensions for voluntary retirement.","body":"No policeman or firefighter shall be entitled to the benefits herein provided incidental to\nvoluntary retirement from either of said departments on account of service, unless he\nshall have been employed continuously for a period of at least five (5) years from and\nafter the date of the passage of the adoption ordinance by the legislative body, and the\namount of such sum paid to such member shall be fixed by the board of trustees payable\nmonthly, not to exceed one -half (1/2) of the salary such member was in receipt of at the\ntime of voluntary retirement.
