{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95.873","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95.873","heading":"Investments by board -- Employment of consultants.","body":"The board may invest the moneys accruing to the fund, in interest -bearing bonds of any\ncounty, urban -county government or city in this state, or in any securities in which\ntrustees are permitted to invest trust funds under the laws of this state including\nparticipation in a local government pension investment fund created pursuant to KRS\n95.895. Such bonds shall be registered in the name of the board to the extent possible.\nThe securities acquired by the board shall be subject to the order of the board.
