{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95.875","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95.875","heading":"How moneys paid out.","body":"(1) The officers of the city designated by law to draw warrants on the city treasurer or\nchief financial officer shall, on request in writing by the board, draw warrants on the\ncity treasurer or chief financial officer, payable to the treasurer of the board, a gainst\nmoneys of the fund.\n(2) Moneys ordered paid from the fund to any person shall be paid by the treasurer\nonly, upon warrant signed by the president of the board and countersigned by the\nsecretary.
