{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95a.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95A.060","heading":"Responsibility of Kentucky Community and Technical College System for","body":"education programs approved by the commission -- Commission to ratify\ncertain personnel decisions -- Procedure for budget administration.\n(1) The Kentucky Community and Technical Co llege System shall conduct or contract\nfor the delivery of all certificate, diploma, or associate degree programs approved by\nthe commission.\n(2) The Kentucky Community and Technical College System shall provide the fiscal\nand administrative support reques ted by the commission, through the chancellor's\nOffice of Technical Education and Workforce Development.\n(3) The commission shall ratify all personnel decisions necessary to perform the\nfunctions required by the commission, subject to budget appropriation limits.\n(4) The commission shall establish the proposed budget for all administrative, fire\nrescue training functions, and other activities in which the commission is authorized\nto engage, including, but not limited to, salaries, equipment, maintenance, ut ilities,\ninsurance, and other matters. The commission shall submit the budget to the\nKentucky Community and Technical College System, which shall submit the\nbudget, through appropriate channels, for inclusion in the executive branch budget.\nThe Kentucky Co mmunity and Technical College System shall not change the\nproposed budget which is submitted to it but may comment thereon in writing, with\ncopies sent to the commission and to all agencies who receive the proposed budget\nduring the budget process.","path":["KRS Chapter 95A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=26135","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:56Z","sha256":"38fc02e421a13f382d99332c3b087a3fe0483b81624961010b0bf6375ce08478","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-95a.057","next":"us-ky/krs-95a.070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
