The fund shall:\n(a) Provide funding for a statewide \"Risk Watch\" program to be implemented in\nthe public schools;\n(b) Provide funding for statewide fire safety initiatives and programs including\nthe \"Learn Not to Burn\" program; and\n(c) Allot grants to fire departments to provide resources for public education\nprograms.\n(2) The commission shall promulgate administrative regulations to est ablish the criteria\nfor providing funds to initiate injury prevention curricula and training programs\nthroughout the state.
