{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-95a.440","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 95A.440","heading":"Grants to fire departments -- Applications.","body":"(1) All fire departments formed under KRS Chapter 65, 75, 95, or 273 shall be eligible\nto receive grants through the Thermal Vision and Technical Innovation Grant\nProgram. These fire departments may make application for a grant to purchase\ntechnical devices th rough the Thermal Vision and Technical Innovation Grant\nProgram to the commission. The application shall be made on forms provided by\nthe commission.\n(2) A fire department that receives a grant through the Thermal Vision and Technical\nInnovation Grant Program shall not make another application to the commission for\na grant for a period of two (2) years.\n(3) Fire departments receiving grants for the purchase of technical devices through the\nThermal Vision and Technical Innovation Grant Program shall comply w ith all\nadministrative regulations concerning reporting requirements established by the\ncommission.
