The merged district shall have\nninety (90) days to come into compliance with the requirements for qualification. If the\nmerged district does so, then the commission shall resume payments as calcula ted under\nKRS 95A.520. If the merged district does not come into compliance within ninety (90)\ndays of the loss of qualification, then the commission shall not resume payments as\ncalculated under KRS 95A.520.
