{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-96.710","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 96.710","heading":"Remedies of holders of bonds.","body":"Any holder or holders of bonds issued pursuant to KRS 96.550 to 96.900, including a\ntrustee or trustees for holders of such bonds, shall have the right, in addition to all other\nrights:\n(1) By action in court, to enforce his or their rights against the boa rd, and any other\nproper officer, agent or employee, including, but without limitation, the right to\nrequire the board, and any proper officer, agent or employee thereof, to fix and\ncollect rates and charges adequate to carry out any agreement as to, or pl edge of,\nelectric plant revenues, and to require the board and any officer, agent or employee\nthereof to carry out any other covenants and agreements and to perform its and their\nduties under KRS 96.550 to 96.900; and\n(2) By action in equity to enjoin any act or thing which may be unlawful or a violation\nof the rights of such holder of bonds.","path":["KRS Chapter 96"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=26277","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:58Z","sha256":"9c1d2a51802700ef577fd83e00967090498e28edf8826af2fd1c05c4b110b9c3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-96.700","next":"us-ky/krs-96.720"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
