{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-96.840","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 96.840","heading":"Records and reports of board -- Audits.","body":"(1) The board shall keep a complete and accurate record of all meetings and actions\ntaken, and of all receipts and disbursements, and shall make reports of the same to\nthe governing body at stated intervals, not to exceed one (1) year. Said report shall\nbe in writing, shall be filed in open meeting of the governing body, at stated\nintervals, not to exceed one (1) year, and a copy shall be filed with the municipal\nclerk or recorder as a public record. An audit of the board's records shall be made\nannually by an auditor selected by the legislative body of the municipality.
