{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-96.923","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 96.923","heading":"Hearing rights and procedures.","body":"Any sewer user, or prospective sewer user, within any of the proposed special classes of\nsewer users may appear at the public hearing in person or by a representative and may\nsubmit in writing a statement of any reasons for advocating, or objecting to, any  matter\nset forth in the required notice. Such statement shall be attached to, or included in, the\nwritten report of the hearing. The person presiding at the hearing may require those in\nattendance to identify themselves as sewer users, or prospective sewer users, and may call\nfor a vote of persons properly identified, on any pertinent matter. The results of such vote\nshall be included in the subsequent written report to the governing body.
