{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-97.040","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 97.040","heading":"Gifts for recreation facilities.","body":"Any authority in which is vested the power to provide, conduct and maintain parks,\nplaygrounds, and recreation centers under KRS 97.030 or 97.035, may accept any grant or\ndevise of real estate or any bequest or gift of money or any donation, the principal or\nincome of which is to be used for park, playground, or recreation purposes.
