{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-97.730","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 97.730","heading":"Annual report of operations -- Records -- Examination of records.","body":"Within sixty (60) days after the close of each fiscal year the commission shall make a full,\ndetailed report to the mayor of the city, showing all the financial operations and the\ngeneral scope of the operations of the commission and of the memorial during  the\npreceding fiscal year. The report shall be transmitted by the mayor to the city legislative\nbody. The commission shall adopt and maintain an efficient system of accounting,\ncovering all of its fiscal work and that of the memorial. The mayor may cause the\naccounts and records to be examined at any time, and report of such examinations shall\nbe made to the mayor.
