{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-97.740","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 97.740","heading":"Operation of memorial -- Charges for use.","body":"The commission may use and permit the use of the memorial for conventions, theatrical\nand musical performances, public entertainments and other like meetings or assemblages,\nand may collect reasonable charges therefor, except where such use is for purposes  of\nsuch a distinct civic character or purely public benefit as shall, in the discretion of the\ncommission, render any charge for such use undesirable.
