{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-98.011","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 98.011","heading":"Recovery of money payments or value of general assistance from certain","body":"recipients -- Time limit upon claim.\nAny department of public welfare established under the provisions of KRS 83.570 and\nKRS 98.010 may recover from any person who receives general assistance in the form of\nmoney payments an amount equal to the sum of such money payments, and such\ndepartment may recover an amount of money equal to the value of any assistance in kind\nor service to or for the benefit of any person only in the following  circumstances: if the\nrecipient though destitute at the time he receives assistance subsequently receives from\nother than public sources income or other support in sufficient amount to reimburse the\ndepartment, partially or wholly.
