{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-99.170","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 99.170","heading":"Determination of development cost.","body":"(1) Upon the completion of a development a redevelopment corporation shall, or upon\nthe completion of a principal part of a development a redevelopment corporation\nmay, file with the supervising agency an audited statement of the development cost\nthereof. Within a reasonable time after the filing of such statement, the supervising\nagency shall determine the development cost applicable to the development or such\nportion thereof and shall issue to the redevelopment corporation a certificate stating\nthe amount thereof as so determined.\n(2) A redevelopment corporation may, at any time, whether prior or subsequent to the\nundertaking of any contract or expense, apply to the supervising agency for a ruling\nas to whether any particular item of cost therein may be includ ed in development\ncost when finally determined by the supervising agency, and the amount thereof.\nThe supervising agency shall, within a reasonable time after such application,\nrender a ruling thereon, and in the event that it shall be ruled that any item of cost\nmay be included in development cost, the amount thereof as so determined shall be\nso included in development cost when finally determined.","path":["KRS Chapter 99"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=26517","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:01Z","sha256":"c915215abc18993effdb8d77ef2c3032c59839672317027cc42352f03802c5c0","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-99.160","next":"us-ky/krs-99.180"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
