{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-99.645","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 99.645","heading":"Appropriation and receipt of funds.","body":"The board of commissioners of an agency is authorized to receive, and the governing\nboard of the city for which the agency is established, is authorized to appropriate, such\namounts of money as may be necessary for the administrative purposes of the agency ,\nwhich may include payments to staff and consultants for research, various studies and\nsurveys, designation of project areas, preparation of development plans, estimates of the\ncost of acquisition, clearance, renovation, rehabilitation, improvement of pro ject areas,\nand payments for architectural, engineering, legal and financial advisory services and\nother administrative expenses deemed necessary by the board of commissioners.
