{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-99.665","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 99.665","heading":"Housing rehabilitation development fund -- Purpose.","body":"(1) An agency may create and establish a special revolving loan fund to be known as\nthe housing rehabilitation development fund and to be administered by the agency\nas a trust fund separate and distinct from any other moneys or funds administered by\nthe agency.\n(2) The housing rehabilitation development fund shall be comprised of, and the agency\nis hereby authorized to receive and accept for such fund, the proceeds of grants,\ncontributions, appropriations, repayment of loans made from the fund, and the\nproceeds of bonds and any other moneys which may be made available to the\nagency for the purpose of the fund from any other source.\n(3) The purpose of the housing rehabilitation development fund is to provide a source\nfrom which the agency may make loans, and inve st in loans, for rehabilitation of\nresidential housing projects, and the agency is authorized to make such loans and to\ninvest in such loans from such fund, at such interest rate or rates as may be\ndetermined by the agency to be for the best interest of the agency and best effectuate\nthe purposes of the agency, and with such security for repayment as the agency\ndeems reasonably necessary and practicable.
