All payments from these funds shall be made by him or the assistant secretary-treasurer only upon vouchers signed by two persons designated by the board of trustees. The secretary-treasurer and assistant secretary-treasurer of the board of trustees shall furnish said board a surety bond in a company authorized to do business in Louisiana in such an amount as shall be required by the board, the premium to be paid from the expense fund.","path":["TITLE 11.
