{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-11-709","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 11:709","heading":"Retirees employed by Department of Education","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any person who retires from the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana and who becomes employed or reemployed by or within the Department of Education as defined in Title 36 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, shall, upon such employment or reemployment, be governed, with respect to retirement, by the laws governing the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana.","path":["TITLE 11.
