{"data":{"id":"us-la/rs-11-779.1","jurisdiction":"us-la","citation":"RS 11:779.1","heading":"Allowance on disability retirement; members hired on or after January 1, 2011","body":"Any member whose first employment making him eligible for membership in one of the state systems occurred began on or after January 1, 2011, shall receive a maximum disability retirement benefit which shall be equivalent to the regular retirement formula without reduction by reason of age. Selection of a retirement option shall be made when application for disability is filed. If the disability retiree dies, the option selected upon disability retirement shall be applied to his disability retirement benefit.","path":["TITLE 11.
