For purposes of this Chapter, the following identified as a shareholder in a corporation's current record of shareholders constitutes one shareholder:\n(1) Co-owners.\n(2) A corporation, partnership or other entity.\n(3) A trust or estate or the trustees, guardians, custodians, succession representatives, or other fiduciaries of a single trust, estate, succession, or account.\nB.
